Privacy Policy

WorkRegimen is built to need almost nothing from you. There are no user accounts, no comments, no likes, and no forms that collect personal information anywhere on this site. This policy explains, plainly, what that means in practice.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. The site has no sign-up, no login, no comment system, and sets no tracking cookies. Simply reading WorkRegimen does not add you to any list, profile, or database.
Analytics
We may use a cookieless, privacy-first analytics service (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to see aggregate traffic: roughly how many people visit, which pages they read, and which sites referred them (including AI answer engines like ChatGPT or Perplexity). This kind of analytics does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you individually, and cannot identify you personally. It is used only in aggregate, to understand what content is useful.
Search
The search box on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your search terms are never sent to a server, logged, or stored anywhere. The search index is downloaded once and queried locally on your device.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on a content-delivery network (Cloudflare Pages or an equivalent host), which processes standard web traffic (like your IP address) to serve the page, as any web host does. Images may be sourced from Unsplash or Pexels; these are downloaded and served from our own hosting at build time, not loaded live from a third party. We do not use advertising networks, social media pixels, or any other third-party tracking script.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes, mainly because we do not collect any personal data to share in the first place. We do not run ads.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Since the site collects no personal data from any visitor, this applies equally to visitors of any age.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, for example if we ever add a new analytics or hosting service, we will update this page and the effective date above.
